BTA Bank today is a dynamically developing bank that offers various business banking solutions.
BTA Bank is successfully functioning at the market of the Republic of Belarus and has a developed regional network, which includes the main office and a bank branch in Minsk, regional banking centers in Grodno, Brest, Mogilev, Gomel and Grodno, 2 banking centers in Vitebsk, 4 foreign exchange counters, 6 remote workstations and 20 ATMs.
BTA Bank provides a wide range of banking services to companies and individuals.
The bank’s business development strategy and bank strategic positioning are focused on small and medium-sized businesses, private banking, export-import operations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to such strategy the key priorities of Belarusian BTA Bank are the rapid growth of the customer base, active development of a regional network, loan growth, and resource base growth, net assets growth through the increase of profit and charter capital. The Bank has a significant focus on improvement the effectiveness of risk management, corporate governance and the Bank’s internal control system, implementation of progressive banking IT technologies and online service provision.
BTA Bank’s development strategy for the next 5 years is to become the best bank for small and medium-sized businesses with significant customer base and effective sales network, to improve the current bank’s rank for assets and loan portfolio for at least 10 points, to ensure international payment service amounting to 50% of total sales turnover between Belarus and Kazakhstan, to meet the worldwide standards of business and corporate governance.
